This policy applies to all purchases placed on our website, our store in Simpsonville, KY, any horse shows and orders made by telephone.
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days and must be unused in its original condition with a receipt.
After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges are accepted; ONLY STORE CREDIT will be accepted with a receipt.
After 90 days, NO RETURNS are accepted.
All sales are FINAL on consignment.
Customer must provide a receipt for all refunds, exchanges or store credit.
CUSTOM MADE orders are FINAL.
Items with engraved personalized plates; if an exchange is needed, the customer must pay for a new plate.
You must enclose the original receipt with your returns or a copy if you are returning part of your order.
Returns must be sent in their original condition.
Gifts obtained from Shelby Horse Supply will only be entitled to an exchange; or a refund may be issued on the original payment used.
Freight charges will NOT be refunded on original purchase. Additional freight will be charged on exchanges. Additional freight will NOT be charged if Shelby Horse Supply was in error.
Shelby Horse Supply has sole discretion in determining whether the products are in original condition when returned.
Shelby Horse Supply will not be responsible or liable if any item you wish to return is lost, misdirected or delivered late.
